Using the waffle iron, 1/2 circle is one serving. This equals 1/2 c batter.

Recipe Ingredients for Belgium Walffles

1 3/4 c all purpose flour
1 T baking powder
2 T sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c 2% milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt

Recipe Directions for Belgium Walffles

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Slightly beat eggs, add other wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet to dry and stir until moistened, batter should be slightly lumpy.

  4. Pour into waffle iron 1 c at a time.

  5. Cook according to waffle iron directions.
