Recipe Ingredients for Belfast muffins

24 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 cup Butter
1 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 cup Wheat Germ, Toasted, Plain
3 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
0.75 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Belfast muffins

  1. Mix in this order: Splenda, sugar, milk, egg, nutmeg, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, wheat germ, molasses, nuts (optional). Do not stir too much.

  2. Bake in greased or lined muffin pans in 425deg oven for 20-25 minutes.
