Recipe Ingredients for Beezie's Black Bean Chili

16 oz Dried Black Beans
3/4 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 large Onions
6 clove Garlic
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
7 oz Green Chiles
1/2 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
3 tsp Vinegar red wine
1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Beezie's Black Bean Chili

Soak beans overnight. Cook in Crock pot on high until soft, about 3 hours. Add the rest of the ingredients (except rice) and cook another 3 hours on low. Add rice last hour of cooking.
