Recipe Ingredients for Beets and their greens

150 grams Beets
250 grams Beet Greens
10 tbsp+chopped Shallots
2 clove Garlic
1 fl oz Orange Juice
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 t Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Beets and their greens

  1. Saute shallots and garlic.

  2. Add beet greens and cook 3 min.

  3. Add cooked beets and orange juice. Cook until liquid absorbed, about 2 min.
