1 tbsp Golden Balsamic Vinegar, Organic

boil beets for about 15 minutes. drain and rub off skin while running them under cold water. dice them and add to bowl and add 1/4 cup cheese,1tbsp of olive oil and 1tbsp on balsamic vinegar.
