Recipe Ingredients for Beetroot Salad

2 beets (2" dia, sphere)(100 g) Beets
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 1/2 grams Garlic
0.17 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Beetroot Salad

  1. Boil and skin beetroots in advance, once cool cube them.

  2. Dice up tomato.

  3. Cube avacado.

  4. Finely chop parsley and garlic.

  5. Mix all ingredients together
