Recipe Ingredients for Beetroot Dip

320 g beetroot, boiled untill soft
150 ml yoghurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Beetroot Dip

  1. Put cooled chopped beetroot into food processor and whizz until finely grated. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Chill until needed.

  2. Serving suggestion:

  3. Serve in a bowl along with carrots or other veges
