Recipe Ingredients for Beet & Veggie Rice Soup

796 ml canned diced tomatoes
1 onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cup butternut squash
1 yellow pepper
1 1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
2/3 cup cream
398 ml canned sliced beets
398 ml canned baked beans
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
1/4 cup roasted chicken

Recipe Directions for Beet & Veggie Rice Soup

  1. Puree all veggies except mushrooms.

  2. Combine all ingredients in pot.

  3. Boil for 20 minutes.

  4. Simmer for an hour.

  5. Serve.
