Recipe Ingredients for Beet Vegetable Soup

471 grams mushrooms (2 packages)
83 grams green onions (6 onions)
1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tbs butter
250 grams sweet potato (1 large)
287 grams yellow squash (1 medium)
256 grams plum tomatoes (3 tomatoes)
260 grams carrots (3 large)
844 grams beets (3 large)
100 grams cilantro (to taste)
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Beet Vegetable Soup

  1. chop/dice/slice vegetables (whatever your preference)

  2. Sautee mushrooms and green onions in butter an garlic salt til soft.

  3. add remaining veggies and 6 cups water.

  4. simmer til veggies are at your preferred softness!

  5. Enjoy!
