Recipe Ingredients for Beet Soup

48 grams onion
229 grams mushroom
225 grams tomato
246 grams zucchini
659 grams beet
337 grams beet
130 grams carrot
248 grams sweet potatoe
191 grams avocado
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Beet Soup

  1. sautee onions, mushrooms, butter, and garlic powder in a large pot.

  2. chop everything else, add to pot.

  3. add 5 cups water, simmer for 1-3 hours (depending on how tender you like your vegetables). Adding water when needed.
