A very simple and natural beet soup. I lost 10 pounds having this meal as my main course.

Recipe Ingredients for Beet Soup Natural

2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
3 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 cup, shredded Cabbage, Red
1 serving Green Onions
1 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Beet Soup Natural

  1. Peel all vegetables and place it in a medium/large pot.

  2. Add enough water to cover the vegetables.

  3. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add cumin, thyme (fresh is better if you have it) and 1-2 tsp salt.

  5. Boil for 5 - 10 minutes.

  6. Serve warm with optional items such as boiled wheat or buckwheat for more energy if desired.
