Roasted Organic Beets! Orange and Red

Recipe Ingredients for Beet Salad

2 pound Beets, red and orange
1 cup feta cheese
2 tblsp Vinegar
2 tblsp salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Beet Salad

Prepare Beets by cutting ends off and washing, put in foil at 425' for about 45-one hour until cooked. Peel away the skin and excess roots. cool slice up and add Feta and Balsimic Vinegar and top with salad dressing of choice. Serve over greens or just eat as is.
