Recipe Ingredients for Beet & Potato chips

170 g beets, peeled
1 medium sweet potato
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Beet & Potato chips

  1. preheat oven to 400.

  2. slice beets and sweet potatoes thinly (or thicker if you prefer).

  3. massage with oil and sprinkle with sea salt and other seasonings.

  4. bake for 30 minutes (longer if thicker) and rotate tray half way through to prevent burning.
