Beet greens with ricotta and Parmesan.

Recipe Ingredients for Beet greens with ricotta and Parmesan.

10 cup Beet Greens
1 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 serving Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 large Egg, Whole
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
0.5 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
0.5 cup Bread Crumbs

Recipe Directions for Beet greens with ricotta and Parmesan.

Saute greens with garlic. Mix all other ingredients in bowl then mix in beet greens. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake covered for 30 mins. Then uncovered for 15 mins more.
