1/4 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Sage
1 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
1 oz Chevre Goat Cheese

Recipe Directions for Beet Goat Cheese Quinoa

Roast chopped beet at 425 for 25-30 min, can be done night before. Cook Quinoa as directed with spices. Add beets and goat cheese to quinoa.
