Beer Miso Mushroom Quinoa w/ Veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Beer Miso Mushroom Quinoa w/ Veggies

1 1/2 cup Quinoa
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Beer, Regular
1 cup Savory Seaweed
2 1/2 cup Vegetable Gumbo Mix
226 7/10 grams Baby Bella
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Beer Miso Mushroom Quinoa w/ Veggies

  1. add 1 tsp olive oil to hot rice cooker

  2. add quinoa & 1 tsp turmeric

  3. cook 10 minutes

  4. combine 1 1/2 cups beer with miso soup

  5. add frozen vegetables to steamer section

  6. cook on white rice setting

  7. saute mushrooms with 1 tsp olive oil

  8. add mushrooms and vegetables to rice when cooking cycle complete

  9. let set on warm cycle 10 minutes

  10. fluff and serve
