Hearty beef stew that can easily have your favorite veggies added or if more company comes buy add more broth and more veggies to feed the masses.

Recipe Ingredients for Beer Broth Beef Stew

2 lbs steak
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons oil
24 ounces beer
14 ounces beef broth
1 lb potatos
2 carrots
1 cup peas
1 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Beer Broth Beef Stew

Cut steak into bite size pieces, dredge in flour/garlic salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Add beer and broth and cook at a low simmer for 2 hours. About a half hour before done, add veggies. Meat should be able to be cut with a fork
