A sweet beer bread. This is the total caloric intake for the whole bread. Weigh it out on a kitchen scale to see how much your portion was in grams or ounces.

Recipe Ingredients for Beer Bread

3 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Salted Butter
3/4 serving Yuengling - 16 oz

Recipe Directions for Beer Bread

Blend together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sugar. While mixing, lightly pour in the beer until the dough is moist. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Pour over the unbaked dough the 4TBSP of butter (this should be melted). Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour to 1 hour 10minutes.
