Recipe Ingredients for Beefy Vegetable Soup

0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
6 oz Beef
2 serving Vegetable Stock, Unsalted, Kitchen Basics
2 Serving Broccoli and Cauliflower Florets Baby Carrots Mixed Vegetables
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
4 serving Worcestershire Sauce, Reduced Sodium, Lea
0.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Beefy Vegetable Soup

  1. Sear meat in 1 tsp olive oil just to brown both sides.

  2. Place meat in crock pot. Cover with 2 cups no salt vegetable stock and 2 cups water. Add garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low overnight.

  3. Next day. Turn crock pot to high. Add fresh mixed vegetables and 1/4 head of cabbage. Heat until vegetables are tender.
