Homemade beefaroni - even my mom liked it. Can use different sauce or cheese if you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Beefaroni

4.4 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
3.1 oz Onions
3 tsp Minced Garlic
16 oz Ground Beef
6 oz Bertolli Arrabiatta Sauce
6 oz Olive Oil and Garlic Sauce
8 oz Elbow Macaroni
4 oz Cheese

Recipe Directions for Beefaroni

  1. -cook pasta to package directions and drain

  2. -dice onion and garlic

  3. -brown ground beef. when almost done, add onion, green pepper and garlic. cook until onions are transluscent. drain beef/veggie mix and return to pan.

  4. -mix sauce and nooodles into beef mix and stir thouroughly. spread evenly in to a 13x9 pan and sprinkle cheese over top.

  5. -bake at 350 until cheese is melted
