Recipe Ingredients for Beefaroni Casserole

1 lb 80% Lean Ground Chuck
4 oz Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
24 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 c Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 c Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 c Oregano, Ground
1 Pepper, Black
1 3/4 c Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Dry
8 oz part skim ricotta

Recipe Directions for Beefaroni Casserole

  1. Layer cooked macaroni in a casserole dish with spaghetti sauce and ricotta.

  2. Bake 45min or till bubbly.

  3. Top with parmesan and bake till melted.
