THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO GET RID OF THOSE LEFT OVER VEGGIES!

Recipe Ingredients for BEEF AND VEGGIES

1 Serving Beef
10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 NLEA serving(85 g) Carrots, Baby
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 serving Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for BEEF AND VEGGIES

  1. SAUTE BEEF IN PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY OR WOK UNTIL DONE

  2. ADD VEGGIES OF CHOICE TO PAN AND COOK TIL ALDENTE

  3. MIX TOGETHER SOY SAUCE AND CORN STARCH ADD TO PAN AND SIMMER UNTIL SAUCE HAS THICKEN.

  4. SERVE WITH COOKED BROWN RICE.
