Recipe Ingredients for Beef, Veggies and Pasta in a Butter Sauce

1 large Onions
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1.66 medium Green Bell Pepper
5 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
7 serving Great Value Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Onion Powder
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
6 serving Great Value Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Beef, Veggies and Pasta in a Butter Sauce

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.

  2. In a large pan saute onions, zucchini, green peppers, carrots and ground beef in a couple tablespoons of butter until veggies are tender and beef is brown. Add the garlic and seasonings and cook another minute.

  3. Add the remaining butter and toss in the pasta. Mix to combine.
