Recipe Ingredients for Beef and veggie stew

16 oz Beef, Round, Eye Of Round
1.5 medium White Onion
4 clove Garlic
2 cup Unico Diced Tomatoes
4 potatoes White Potatoes
8 oz Carrots, Baby
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached

Recipe Directions for Beef and veggie stew

  1. Cube beef if not already cubed

  2. in frying pan, add 1tbs olive oil, onions and garlic. Add beef mixed with flour.

  3. When lightly seared, add to crock pot and leave for around 4 hours on high. Serve hot and with biscut or whole grain toast.

  4. Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes (in that order). Add herbs to top of tomatoes, add water until it just covers the beef.

  5. Leave in crock pot
