Beef, veggie, and barley stew for your crockpot

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & veggie Stew

30 ounces sliced new potatoes
14 1/2 ounces cut green beans
14 1/2 ounces sliced carrots
25 ounces beef, extra lean
40 grams beef bouillon
1 cup quick barley

Recipe Directions for Beef & veggie Stew

  1. Put 1.5 pounds of extra lean stew meat into the crockpot.

  2. Make 4 beef bouillon cubes according to the package (using 8 cups water).

  3. Add any desired spices to broth mixture. (I used pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and celery salt to taste.)

  4. Add veggies and set crockpot to cook on low for 8 hours.

  5. Stir once or twice to make sure everything is cooking and soaking up spices evenly.

  6. 30 minutes before serving, add barley.

  7. Enjoy!
