Recipe Ingredients for Beef/Veggie Soup

1 pound ground turkey
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
2 cups water
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, undrained
2 large carrots, sliced
1 cup Celery
2 medium onions, sliced
1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef/Veggie Soup

  1. Cook beef until no longer pink, throw all ingredients into a crock pot, cook till veggies are soft.

  2. Cook pasta as directed by box and add to crock pot 15 min before serving.
