Homemade beef veg soup...the way grandma used to make it.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Veggie Soup

5 lb beef
1 medium onion chopped
3 c frozen peas
4 chopped potatoes
2 c frozen green beans
1/2 c chopped carrots
2 c corn
2 c cabbage
4 c diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
48 oz beef stock

Recipe Directions for Beef Veggie Soup

  1. Roast beef with onion.

  2. Prepare potatoes, carrots and cabbage and boil in broth.

  3. Add corn, peas, greenbeans, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

  4. Simmer on low for 3-5 hours.

  5. Add meat when ready to serve.
