Tri tip and veggies over low carb penne pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Veggie Penne Pasta

16 oz Dreamfields Penne Rigate
1 lb Beef, Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Tri-tip Steak
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 small Onions
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Beef Stock

Recipe Directions for Beef & Veggie Penne Pasta

  1. Cut trip tip into small pieces

  2. Brown tri tip in pan

  3. Saute veggies in olive oil

  4. Cook pasta per box instructions

  5. Mix beef in with veggies and stir

  6. Once pasta is done mix all ingredients in a large pan.
