Veggies and beef with low cal wraps

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Veggie Fajita

3/4 cup red bell peppers
2 1/2 cups mushrooms
1/8 cup garlic
1 1/2 cup onions
2 cups spinach
1 lb beef
1/2 cup tomatoes
3/4 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp Tabasco

Recipe Directions for Beef and Veggie Fajita

  1. Chop all ingredients

  2. Heat pan and olive oil over medium heat

  3. Add Tabasco

  4. Add beef and garlic and cook until browned

  5. Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and spinach and sauté until cooked

  6. Serve with chopped tomatoes, avocado and low cal wraps
