Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry

10 ounces beef loin, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 sweet red peppers, sliced
1 sweet yellow pepper, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces sugar snap peas
8 ounces broccoli
16 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry

  1. Heat sesame oil in large saute pan on medium high.

  2. Add the beef and garlic, cook until beef is browned.

  3. Add all the vegetables, the ginger, cilantro and garlic salt, stirring frequently until the vegetables are tender.

  4. Add soy sauce to taste and heat through.
