One of many quick stir frys I throw together on weeknights using whatever vegetables I have in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Vegetable Stir Fry

12 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup sliced Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
4 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 tablespoons peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Marinate sliced meat in a small bowl with teriyaki sauce.

  2. Meanwhile slice all vegetables, mince garlic and grate ginger.

  3. Mix Seasoning Mix with water per directions in a small bowl.

  4. Heat half of oil in wok or large skillet on high. Add meat and toss to coat. Stir fry until meat is no longer pink. Remove to a clean bowl with some of juices.

  5. Add remaining oil and heat. Add onions, ginger, garlic and broccoli. Stir Fry about 2 minutes or until crisp tender.

  6. Add mushrooms, peppers, cabbage and seasoning mix. Stir Fry until cabbage has wilted and sauce thickens slightly. Return meat to pan and toss to coat. Serve over rice
