40 oz Beef, Chuck
454 grams Carrots, Baby
2 large Onions
50 oz Potato, Flesh And Skin
32 tsp dry mix Beef Stew Seasoning
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Beef Vegetable Stew

  1. Put the following in a crock pot:

  2. Halve 4-5 lbs of small potatoes. Leave the skin on.

  3. Slice 2 large onions.

  4. 1 lb. bag of baby carrots

  5. 6 cups water

  6. put 1/2 cup flour on a plate or wax paper. cover each cube of beef chuck with flour. sear in pan until sealed. Then, put in crock pot.

  7. cook everything in pot on low for 8 hours.
