Stew with beef chunks, potatoes and carrots. Serves about 9 with 1 cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Vegetable Stew

1 lb beef
1 1/4 oz dry onion soup mix
3 cups tomato juice
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs soy sauce
3 (med) carrots, cut in slices
3 (med) potatoes, cubed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef and Vegetable Stew

  1. Place vegetabvles in bottom of crock pot.

  2. place beef on top of vegetables.

  3. Mix Juice, onion soup mix, garlic powder and soy sauce

  4. Pour mixture over vegetables and beef

  5. Cover and cook on high 20-30 min.

  6. Finish cooking on low for 8 hrs.
