5 carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 cups green beans
16 fluid ounce tomato sauce
16 fluid ounce water
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons garlic

Recipe Directions for Beef & Vegetable Stew

  1. Cook meat.

  2. Dice garlic.

  3. Cook carrots (soften).

  4. Mix all and heat.
