Too many veggies not enough broth. Also too many conflicting flavors. This is only a placeholder for me, I do not recommend making this.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Vegetable Soup (Try 1)

6 cups Beef Broth Reduced Sodium
1/2 cup Red and White 25% Less Sodium Tomato Soup
1 tbs olive oil
544 grams Beef Flank
3 ears corn
1 cup,cubes turnip
1 parsnip
4 carrots
320 grams celery
1.66 cup peas green
1 1/5 cup pieces mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion
5 sprigs dill

Recipe Directions for Beef Vegetable Soup (Try 1)

  1. Add olive oil to large pot and warm at medium/high heat. Add garlic (minced) and onion to hot oil. Cook 2 minutes then add beef. Sear on the edges then add broth and tomato soup.

  2. Pre-cut other vegetables and add 20-30 minutes after broth is added. (for a veggie cook time of 20-30 minutes)
