1 c zucchini
1 c yellow squash
1 c cauliflower
2 c vegetable broth
4 c beef broth
1/2 onion
1/2 c celery
8 oz flank steak

  1. chop and sweat the celery and onions

  2. brown the ground flank steak

  3. add all to broth and bring to a boil

  4. boil for ten minutes

  5. add chopped zucchini, yellow squash and cauliflower

  6. remove from heat.
