Recipe Ingredients for Beef Vegetable Soup

1 lbs ground beef
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
15 oz canned diced tomatoes, low salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Beef Vegetable Soup

  1. Brown, drain and defat the beef.

  2. Add all ingredients (and beef stock!) in large pot, simmer x at least 10 minutes. Add more water as needed. Salt and pepper to taste.
