Use left over prime rib bones to make hearty soup

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Vegetable soup

2 beef bouillon cubes
1 vegetable bouillon cube
10 cups water
3 potatoes
3 celery stalks
1 onion
14 baby carrots

Recipe Directions for Beef Vegetable soup

  1. Boil prime rib bones in water with bouillon cubes

  2. precook carrots and potatoes

  3. strip any beef off the bones and discard bones

  4. add all the vegetables till all are soft. Serve
