Actually I use a packaged stir-fry dressing (about 50 calories per serving). Also, I use multi-grain spaghetti and low-sodium, fat free chicken broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & vegetable noodle bowl

4 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp dressing
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Beef & vegetable noodle bowl

  1. Cook spaghetti in large saucepan.

  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add broccoli and peppers; stir-fry 3 min. Add meat and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 2-3 min, or until meat is done.

  3. Drain spaghetti; return to same pan. Add broth; cook 1 min or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add eat mixture and onions; mix lightly.
