This is a stir fry recipe based on one from the Weight Watchers database.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Veg Stir Fry

9 oz Beef
6 oz Rice Noodles, Dry
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 serving Canola Oil
3 grams Cornstarch
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 oz Wine, Table, Red
12 oz California Stir Fry

Recipe Directions for Beef and Veg Stir Fry

  1. Place wine, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil in a big bag. Add beef. Marinade beef in the fridge at least one hour.

  2. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions.

  3. Drain marinade ino measure cup and add water to make 1/3 cup. Stir in the cornstarch and dissolve until liquid thickens.

  4. Heat canola oil in wok. Add beef and stir fry about 1 minute. Remove beef and replace with vegetables. Reduce heat and stir fry for about 3 minutes. Cover and steam for 1 minute.

  5. Return the beef to the wok and stir fry 2-3 minutes in the liquid from the marinade.
