16 oz tomatoes
12 oz baby carrots
1 cup pasta sauce
1/2 red onion
2 tablespoons chopped garlic

Recipe Directions for Beef and Tomato Stew

  1. Cut up all ingredients into bite-sized chunks, even the beef.

  2. Toss together in an oven-safe container.

  3. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees.

  4. Let it stand for about 20 mins, then serve over rice, pasta, or a baked potato.
