We use a pressure cooker for the ease and convenience plus you can use any cut of beef. Best served over rice but will also go well with mashed potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Tips

1 3/10 lbs. of Stew Beef, cut up bite size
4 cups of Water
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Onion, small
1 Bell Pepper, small
2.61 oz. Brown Gravy Mix

Recipe Directions for Beef Tips

Cook meat in pressure cooker with the 2 beef bouillon cubes and 4 cups of water. Cook for 30 min. after it builds up pressure. Cut up onion and bell pepper, place in pressure cooker and cook an additional 15 min. after pressure is built up. Use liquid from pressure cooker to make gravy, using 3 pkgs of brown gravy mix. Add gravy to the pressure cooker and let stand until ready to serve. Serving size is 1/2 cup.
