A healthier groove on the old Terriyaki favorite! Delicious for lunch or dinner!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Terriyaki Over Rice

3/5 lbs beef, bottom round steak
3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 1/2 tbs maple syrup
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
1 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Beef Terriyaki Over Rice

  1. Mix soy sauce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, garlic and ginger together

  2. Set aside

  3. Cut thin strips of bottom round steak into bite sized pieces

  4. Soak steak bits in Terriyaki sauce mixture (about 30 minutes or so)

  5. Remove beef from mixture and brown in fry pan, skillet or walk.

  6. Serve over steamed white rice.
