Oh so yummy and easy to make. Prep Time: 15 mins. Cook Time: 30 mins. Because it is difficult to add the right measurements sometimes, please see below for the exact amounts of each ingredient. // 1 1/2 cups rice (I use Uncle Bens, but feel free to use your favourite) // 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick) // 2 tablespoons cornstarch // 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth // 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce // 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar // I garlic clove, minced // 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder // 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Teriyaki

1.5 cup dry ORIGINAL CONVERTED Rice
16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
30 grams Cornstarch
1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
4 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp Sauce, Teriyaki, Ready-to-serve

Recipe Directions for Beef Teriyaki

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.

  2. Meanwhile, slice beef into very thin strips.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch, broth, soy sauce, sugar and garlic powder, garlic & teriyaki sauce. Mix thoroughly.

  4. In a large skillet, over medium/high heat, saute the beef strips until browned and juices evaporate.

  5. Stir broccoli and cornstarch mixture into meat. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.

  6. Serve over the cooked rice.
