Recipe Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin Stew with Vegetables

3 (48g) packages beef mix
600 ml beef broth
3 cups carrots, diced
3 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups pearl onions
3 lbs beef tenderloin, cubed
2 cups frozen green peas

Recipe Directions for Beef Tenderloin Stew with Vegetables

  1. Cube and brown beef tenderloin, drain fat.

  2. Cube and cut vegetables, except peas and mushrooms

  3. Place vegetables in crock pot with beef broth

  4. Cook vegetables for about 1-2 hours.

  5. Add meat, mushrooms, and peas.

  6. Cook another 2 hours.
