Horseradish Crusted Beef Tenderloin

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin

2 tablespoons Horseradish, Prepared
1 teaspoon Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
2 pounds Beef, Tenderloin
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
2 teaspoons Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Beef Tenderloin

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Combine horseradish and mustard in a small bowl. Rub tenderloin with salt and pepper; coat with the horseradish mixture. Transfer to a small roasting pan.

  3. Roast until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 140F for medium-rare, 35 to 45 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; let rest for 5 minutes before cutting
