1/2 pound ground beef
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 medium sweet potato
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Beef and Sweet Potato Turnovers

  1. Brown ground beef with garlic.

  2. Add sweet potato and baby spinach; season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut 2 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed) in half. Divide the beef and 1 cup grated chedar among the 4 pieces of dough.

  4. Seal the edges.

  5. Bake at 375 F until golden, 25-30 minutes.
