Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stromboli

10 oz Beef, Round, Bottom Round
7 oz Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture
16 oz Provolone Cheese - 42% Lower Sodium
196 grams Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture
1 serving st. mary's EVOO
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
220 grams Pizza Dough

Recipe Directions for Beef Stromboli

roll out dough into a rectangle about a foot to a foot and a half long and about 10 inches wide. brush olive oil onto dough once its completely rolled out and put your oregano and basil on top. layer meat and cheese equally (long ways). stretch dough from the wide end over the meat and cheese on both sides. pinch the ends close. make sure there is no holes or the cheese willl leak. keep dough appx 1/4 inch in thickness to ensure your dough wont crack and leak.
