Almost exactly like the HH version, just w/o all those additives! Tastes really good!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stroganoff

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 serving No Name Egg Noodles
1 serving No Name Mushroom Soup (reduced fat)
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
75 grams Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cook ground until it's well browned, stirring often. Remove the beef from the skillet (pour off any fat)

  2. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion to the skillet and cook until it's tender (if using powder add while beef is still raw)

  3. Stir the soup and paprika in the skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in the sour cream. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley.
