2 pounds beef sirloin
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over med heat. Add the onion and cook and stir until it is soft.
